    Had a walk round markets yisterdi and was very pleased in what I so very clean, bought 2 pooark pies and a ham shank, pies were 1/2 decent.

    Go through main entrance across from booits, just as tha gets in first carnta on thi left don't no name niver looked they had some partridges on top of carnta reddy fo cooking nearly got a brace they also had some pig chaps a parnd not had one since I worked at Pit we used to take one in turns on a Friday neet when we were on neets I can taste it nar greasy fat and a bit of coil dust going darn guilt " lovely".

    That's how I do my hamshanķ Roma but I put spuds and onions in as well did one last week
