    If Lascelles goes who would the best pick be for captain ? I'd go with Ritchie myself, leads by example and he would be good in the dressing room. Fernandez, although he hasn't been here long would be my second pick.

    I'd go Ritchie myself as well.

    If he really does want away then for rest of the season i'd be seriously tempted to give it to Dummett.
