Is our current sudden ultra defensive approach down to the influence of Paul Hart? As caretaker manager at the latter end of the 2014/15 season, when we desperately needed points to try and pull clear of the relegation places, he presided over three draws, two of which were 0-0 and all of which were eminently winnable IMO had Notts taken a more aggressively attacking approach. PH's attitude seemed to be that not to lose was good enough, although the season ended in relegation.

Can anybody tell me - what does Hart do?
Hart did alright in the same job for Luton, but would agree he showed negative tactics when he managed, not just Notts'.
