Is our current sudden ultra defensive approach down to the influence of Paul Hart? As caretaker manager at the latter end of the 2014/15 season, when we desperately needed points to try and pull clear of the relegation places, he presided over three draws, two of which were 0-0 and all of which were eminently winnable IMO had Notts taken a more aggressively attacking approach. PH's attitude seemed to be that not to lose was good enough, although the season ended in relegation.

Hart did alright in the same job for Luton,but would agree he showed negative tactics when he managed,not just Notts'.
