    Honours for NYS Ground Staff

Well done the ground staff at NYS, after the institute of groundmanship,
the organisation that represents groundmen have honoured the groundmen
with the 2018 title of " Groundmen of the Year ".
The award is actually for last season, which also saw head groundsman
Dave Fellows & his team, pick up the EFL league one grounds team of the
year, again this year the pitch looks in great shape.

    Well done lads

Best pitch in the country, bar none. Best thing TS did was poach Dave Fellows (was it from Fulham, QPR?) when NYS was being built.

... so no excuse for any wayward passes.
    A well-deserved award

Unfortunately, it's not only him! Let's just say that there is room for improvement for many of the team...

I was in the same year as Dave at Wickersley Comp. A lot of people think he's from down south because of his accent but that was picked up in his time living and working down there.
He was a nice kid at school and is a nice bloke these days and we're very lucky to have him.

(stick the tenner in the post Dave)
