Google? Sky Bet?
Nolan. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
Google? Sky Bet?
Other more seasoned betters can probably give a better answer but I am fairly sure that the market is small so anyone putting a bit of money on someone can dramatically alter the odds. NEP have a story saying Nolan wouldn't say no to coming back so I'd say people have been putting money on him to return and hence why he's favourite. It's when betting gets suspended or the odds drop to something silly like 1/10 that you'd imagine someone knows something (or has a lot of money to waste)
They've got Nolan at 9-4 with Ardley as favourite. Don't understand betting but interesting list nonetheless.
Slight movement in the last few minutes
Ardley 6/4
King Kev 9/4
Appleton 11/4
Then hurst way back at 8's
At those odds, the only ones making any money are the bookies. What usually happens is when some genuine information gets leaked, one candidate goes odds on, say 1/2, then shorter odds as everyone has a last chance bet. That person is often not in the betting at all up until that point, usually because it's a ridiculous choice who no-one even considered.
What Bohinen said.
Nolan 6/4 fav with Bet Victor... surely not
Absolutely nothing to take from the betting at the moment. When someone suddenly goes long odds on, consider it done and dusted.
