    I notice you didn't use a BBC link to this scam 59/60, maybe there isn't one ? The BBC are the organisation going to great lengths to expose and publicise the tax avoidance methods used by the likes of Google, Amazon and Starbucks, while using the same sort of scams Konte turned down, to pay it's own employees.

    Hi 59/60. This may well have been marketed to the individuals concerned as legitimate and entirely legal avoidance but almost all these schemes are tax cheating pure and simple and if the investors thought otherwise they must be really gullible.

    Hi Outwood. You are being very charitable to these people I think.

    They certainly know now that they have cheated, even if they didn't before (which I can't believe).

    So, why have none of them (to my knowledge) taken the people responsible for selling them these schemes to court?

    They would make a lot of money for reputational damage, having had their names publicly shamed.
