A lot riding on Scotland game and I’m wanting to watch that as well as United. Going to affect the attendance. Surely we could have played on the Wednesday night??!?

Will mean we don’t have the usual thousands travelling from Clackmannanshire either 😂

Why not ask for the game to be changed to Wed tho? I was 100 % going to the Alloa game, now I'm only 90% going as might decide to watch Scotland. Boca vs River got rained off one day and played the next. Surely no big deal ? Come on Utd....

As I understand it as Alloa are part-time they can only get their players to play mid-week on a Tuesday. If United don't play it this week the match will be postponed until much later and I think Robbie would rather do it now.

Same approach as most players I say. Club before Country every time.

This is the problem I'm trying to explain over on the football improvement thread - not everyone thinks like the diehards.

I'll be at Tannadice on Tuesday but fully understand that a good few hundred that would have gone won't because they'll choose to watch the Scotland game.

Each to their own but I agree, it's no-brainer.

Hopefully Scotland will win but it's club before country for me every time.
