Part-timers only available Saturday, Tuesday or Thursday apparently. United asked for Wednesday but got knocked back.

Same approach as most players I say. Club before Country every time.

This is the problem I'm trying to explain over on the football improvement thread - not everyone thinks like the diehards.

I'll be at Tannadice on Tuesday but fully understand that a good few hundred that would have gone won't because they'll choose to watch the Scotland game.

Want Scotland to win every game and they are second only to United, however can't understand anyone missing going to Tannadice to watch it, simply record it and watch it when you get in or catch the highlights on bbc at 10:45pm

Need as many arabs as possible at every game to come for the rest of this season

Wanting Scotland to win but between watching Scotland and United surley it's United. Get to Tannadice and get behind the boys to another win

The point is... will the patg prices be reduced considering Scotland are playing and its on sky? £20/22 for tannadice or £10 for beer in hoose? Paying at gate plus whatever expenses you may incur b4 during and after game WILL sway a lot of peeps minds. Open Jerry Kerr stand and charge a tenner some might even come back next week.

If you're an Arab, well basically the Club are finally getting it together this season, could get closer to the top with a win on Tuesday, need all the money we can get right now, need a big home crowd to get behind the team, and most importantly absolutely MUST get up this season or financially we are heading to a very very bad place.

Given these circumstances, why the actual phuck would you elect to watch Scotland rather than United on Tuesday?

I agree with everyone's sentiment's that club comes before country, its fair to say this game could not have been played a few years ago because we would have had players in both squad's.I still think its a terrible decision by the club to play at the same time as Scotland though and we should have told Alloa its Monday,Wednesday,Thursday or on another week.
