The most important contract of all

Great to see Mulgrew, Bennett and Evans all be rewarded this week with new contracts.

But the most important one of all is still needing to be sorted. Tony and Waggott where due to fly to India last week for an update with Venkys. But didn't happen.
TM needs to be given more money and put on a better contract.
All these players are ok, but everything would fall apart very quickly without the boss. And discussions where held with Venkys last week, on a whole mixture of things. TM's contract hasn't been mentioned. And he's in his last year. I don't know if I take the silence as good or bad?
It's felt we will be supported financially in Jan. But won't spend big. Must've few additions. The plan is still very much building for next season.

Losing Mowbray would mean losing the head of the table
The players have all bought into mowbrays vision and all work for that man.
I remain hopeful at the end of a fruitful week with contract extensions we will see Mowbray extend his.

Well, there can surely be no doubt in (even) Venky's minds!

While things are going great, I realise that all the decisions have been left to Waggott and TM. This is the one things that they HAVE to do themselves, well hopefully Waggott will be sitting them down and telling them before they do anything, get this addressed. Thank him, show him we all really appreciate the guy, and tie him down!!
The whole thing goes tits up without his guidance.
