all this **** about the debt being the mortgage for the ground

    what a load of *******s
seriusly some people make up things to suit their argument

the debt was hidden from ash

you cant hide a mortgage debt

they would have had to declare it
it comes up on a search

this was money the great geordie buisness man that is sheppardhad to hide .not just from ash nut us and the banks

if they had known this was there they wouldnt have loaned him money

yes he built the ground and he got his money back and more in increased gates and european money as well as the prem

it is a fact sheppard had loaned money against future sponsorship deals

    this club was phucked
we were weeks if not months from going under

if sheppard had any love for the club other than they money it generated im and his family and his cronies he wouldnt have sold to ash

    without gurantees

all this bull****e about geordies being passionate and how its our club etc

if thats the case why couldnt sheppard get a consortium of local buisness or the likes to buy it

he had to get rid and quick

anyone who sells a club like ours to someone like ash without guarantees doesnt love the club
he loved what he got out of it

thats a wonderful story but as i recal, shepherd was of ill health at the time and in hospital with a collapsed lung and pneumonia. He got a phone call to tell him the Hall's had sold the MAJORITY share in the club effectively giving power to Ashley

So your made up argument to suit your own agenda and claims that Freddy Shepherd had lied and hid things from Ashley is complete lies.
You should be ashamed of yourself, the man has passed away and your making up lies about him. The same man who was at the helm through some of the best times Newcastle have had

    ****ing arse hole

And on what evidence do you base this all on you ****ing bloated corpse, other than your obvious use of Crystal meth.

And make it good. It could be libellous if not totally accurate. Over to you sunshine.

I was a share holder.... the debt was clearly shown on EVERY end of year report as an ongoing repayment for ground improvements.

The debt was also a phuck sight less than it is today.... and we frequently qualified for Europe....

    Other than that.... zzzzzzzz

Everybody could see the mortgage but the bank had a clause that ment the debt had to be paid if the club was sold.
