    Queens centenary history book

All being well I will have the book for collection at Saturday’s game and at the Fayre on Sunday. The hardback copies are due to arrive on Friday. I will do a further post before the weekend.

I'm planning to attend on Saturday so I will remember Lyle's Testimonial brochure from Ibrox for the museum...

Just to update. The hardback copies of the book have arrived and I will collect them tomorrow. For those who have pre-ordered copies (and also softback) I will be in the Arena pre match Saturday between 1.00 and 2.30ish. For those who do not collect then, I will also be at the Fayre on Sunday. Anyone not at either, and have not asked for posting, get in touch to sort something out collection/ delivery wise. Cheers.

Got mine today. Looks like there is a minefield of information regarding match scores / stats etc. Wee bit disapointed in lack of pictures though. Regardless, still looking forwards to a good read. Well done all concerned in compiling this, great stuff!

I could perhaps have used a few more photographs, but there are very few Queens photographs out there that have not been seen before. I also felt that the written history and the stats were more important to the book than seen before photos. Hope you enjoy the read and thanks for buying.

Not meant as a criticism mate. Appreciate that there is a lack of previously unseen photos. Well done in your research into our beloved club.

Certainly didn’t take it as criticism, but simply wanted to explain why there wasn’t a load of photos.

Photos no thanks. Couldn't tell one player from another over the years. Stats and facts a much better read in my opinion. Well done Iain, just hope you got our record victory right

If I didn’t I will soon enough be told. With the amount of stats, there has got to be an error or two somewhere. Just don’t tell me!

Is that the 11-1 win vs. Stranraer in the Scottish Cup way back?

Aye, if I remember correctly Iain was on side with the Whithorn game. I wonder what result he put in his book.

I seen the content of the centenary book before it went to print. A marvellous effort and a must for anyone with Qos at heart.
