The scoreline must be deceptive. It must have been pretty dull for him to choose to come on here.

I think what he's alluding to is the rather worrying habit Forest have of not losing. There's a very real chance that both Forest and Mansfield could gain promotion this year, while we slip out of the league. It's the perfect storm for our fine old club going under. Of course most of us will still watch Notts regardless of where we end up, but you have to worry where the next generation of fans are going to come from if Forest make it back into the Prem.

The thing is, it seems inevitable that they will eventually. We had a huge opportunity when they slipped down to the third tier last decade, but we were too busy scraping together money to sign Steve Scoffham.

Thinking this thread might need locking or at the very least the title editing to Villa vs Florist/F-word/Red Dogs/Them o'er river/etc?

Crikey! Duffy is a clown at this level, how much of an absolute a*** would he look in the Championship?

Jeeze, them going up and us going down doesn’t bear thinking about it. Karanka has made them into a (before last night) solid, hard to beat outfit who appear to have the most in in form player in the league in Lolley. Got to hope he attracts a decent bid from the Prem in January.
