Quick quiz - Who holds this record?

Who are the only side in all 72 Football league clubs yet to have an Englishman score a league goal for them this season?

    (Excluding own -goals)

No googling, be true to yourself and use your noggin.

pip_y you are actually spot on!

32 goals scored and not one of them from an English player. Although born in Oldham, he is actually classed and recognised by the FA as a Scottish player as he has represented Scotland.

maybe so but, it still ranks as a bad indictment to football when you have a team that has scored 32 goals and not one from an English registered player. ah well, I suppose we'd swap Norwich in a heartbeat if we could and under the same circumstances. Good luck to them, apart from today of course.

Speaking to Norwich fans today they said they are bringing their academy lads though rather than spending big money.

Big transfers hasn't worked but it's seems as though home grown talent has pushed them up to the top
