Well I've spent my entire adult life paying the banks so there's method in your madness.

But who are you implementing socialism for?
Most of "the poor" would grab their chance to be a fat cat capitalist, and even if they set their sights lower than that, would still cheat you at the drop of a hat if they thought it was even remotely to their benefit.

I prefer a government that leaves us alone and does as little as possible

Capitalism would have been well and truly fuucked (with the concomitant fall-out screwing mortgages and pensions) had not the state bailed out the thieving fuuckers in 2009.

Thatcher’s exploitative children now know no other way, of course. Greed is good innit.

TBH Not sure what Socialism is these days. Back in the day I worked hard for Tony Blair's Labour with sole aim to get rid of the Evil Thatcher.... Look where that got me !! Perhaps you could define Socialism for me Jupiter ? Me personally I'd settle for fairness equality and a wee bit O compassion thrown in.

Fairness is what I'm all about .

But the banks shouldn't have been bailed out. That was a big mistake and there was nothing capitalistic about it.
