    Derived from the 19th Century immigrant to London's East End Jewish Quarter , the milliner and hattier shop owner Abe Dickstein, who had a reputation in the area for being particularly well-endowed. The link with his sale of hats led to his name being linked to the phrase.

    (People thought a wo pillakin other day abart the bloke who farted on stage Ziles until tha farnd a link to him on Google)
