Poor recruitment in “the final third” 100% to blame.
    Needs rectified in January.
    Offload Forrester, Tansey & Wilson
    Sign a “9” & a “10”
Forrester back on the bench today, wait till he gets into his stride.

Winning on Wednesday was lovely but us pant pishers know the script.

    We are pish.

We could all see it coming.

7th in the league and 1pt above Hibs. Wasn't the chat about Lennon getting the sack for being pish?

Really p1ss poor stuff today, our lack of creativity is a concern.

Alston did well for them just like he did in the 1-1 match this season - one to keep an eye on.

Nice whoosh attempt. Of course its acceptable. We have been seventh this season already and McInnes was getting backed to the hilt

We are sh@te. The manager has had a very fortunate few results that have papered over glaring chasms for some. Killie away(absolutley diabolical fitba played ),the quarter, the semi, wednesday.

But at the end of the day the sh@te is still seeping through the paper in worrying amounts yet too many dont see it.

Come January we could be looking affa silly in the league if we dont pick up our sh@t. Unfortunatley i cant see us doing that

    Some random thoughts from today

Not sure why people are surprised about today as it's been coming all season with our chronic lack of creative and goalscoring abilities.

Why we play with a midfield of Ball/Shinnie/Ferguson at home to a team we should be beating is beyond me - that's a midfield that works when we are sitting very deep in Glasgow game and nowhere else

Wright and McLennan will need to show a lot more than they did today if they expect to have a career with Aberdeen.

How basic was that first goal today and how easy was Considine outjumped.

Not sure when St J signed Moses as our defense parted like the bloody red sea for the second goal

Could have been worse as not sure why they didn't get a penalty when 0-0 - absolute stonewaller and another brain fart by Logan

For at least the thirtieth time I will say we again need to dump our entire strikeforce and start again

Why do we persist with the defense knocking the ball about to each other a dozen times and then end up with the ball back with Lewis again - just get the ball up the park

I fully expect a carbon copy of today's game on Tuesday against Livi and quite possibly the same score

All joking aside, we shouldn’t be playing Ball, Shinnie & Ferguson at home to St Johnstone.
In old fashioned terminology, that’s a midfield of “two fours” & “an eight”.

Ferguson has done well but is not a natural no 10.

Playing Stevie May is like playing with no-one up front.

Never mind, big free scoring Sam will be back in on Tuesday.

We are truly dreadful going forward,

Livingston defend very well so I wouldn’t be surprised to see another blank on Tuesday.

A fortunate cup final appearance & a very good result at the B@stard Garden can’t mask the fact that we are sh1te & are regressing.

I wouldn’t want the more successful Tommy Wright as manager but i saw a post on Twitter making a very valid point. Dels fluffers hate him because of his style of football. We’re not exactly Brazil ‘82

Hit send button too quick. Meant to add that I make that 7 goals from set plays and 10 from open play.

Doesn't change the fact that 17 goals from 15 games is just pathetic

Dereks fans will point out that Brazil 82 didn’t manage to finish 2nd though. I must have also missed all this great football that dereks fans have seen us play as any time I’ve watched us we’ve been long ball merchants
