    It's started. . .

"Mike Ashley does not know if Peter Kenyon has the funds to complete a takeover of Newcastle United, Sportsmail has been told"

Whats betting this drags out over Jan, we get a couple of loans and then take over falls apart as the window ends. . .

We’ve handed him the rope to hang himself. He’s backed himself into a corner and will show himself to be totally untrustworthy and a liar (for the third time) given that he himself went on TV to pronounce the news, he didn’t even use one of his stooges.

If there is any inkling he is fecking us over it’ll be clear by Cardiff at home 19 Jan then we’ve got Man City at home 29 Jan. That one could be ideal to have the boycott, it’s on TV and we’ll very likely play no further than the half way line so it won’t be a spectacle, we’ll likely get beat plus it’s a very high profile game and it would show him for what we think/know he is.

I’ve said it before the vast majority of match going fans will need to grow a back bone from mid January onwards if a sale isn’t going to happen and stay away even if he has the ST money and let’s not forget the ST renewal date is 31 January to cancel.

We need to pray for as many points by mid January then dig from Man C onwards if required.

Who knows what the fecking truth is now...

I wish the boycott had gone ahead but I can understand the Magpie Group's reasons for calling it off. Maybe they've lost some credibility, especially after the SD headquarters protest fiasco but, what i would say, is that they're trying to do something.

I know some are sceptical-and with good reason-but i think if this all turns out to be bollocks, a LOT more fans will join whatever action is proposed once the window shuts.

Whether I'm just too gullible/naive/so desperate for him to sell I'll believe anything but I haven't given up hope on this one.

I don't think any sale will go through, and the way many people feel - it would be far too easy for unscrupulous cheatin liars to influence people in the belief that a sale would have gone through if it wasn't for the actions of some supporters - boycotters.

like zip, i believe that any lack of sale and/or lack of investment then the number of people willing to take action will double or triple
