Credit where credit is due Alf, the Board have done well with the lucky appointment of Dyche and getting us in the PL, for that they get and have been given credit, The Burnley board before Dyche have been guilty of many underhand things, one of them (and a tiny one in comparison) is the way they have not had a proper negotiating team for transfers and been too negative on the spending.

I'd agree that the one thing that spoils Football is wind, all the more reason to keep it on the deck, apart from that I didn't see any movement or creativity and not much threat on the Brighton defence, I did see us with our backs against the wall in the last 5 minutes, which does not give me any confidence, yes its 3 points but nothing more than that, indeed a lot less

    .

was a rough old day, but we scrapped, battled and grunted hard for those points....a little like a non league team would do against a mid table championship side..... so just as long as I abandon the thought that we really are playing football in the Premier League, all is ok, and I'll feel fine.... how good is that !!!
