I'm ATM renovating a property that is older than g&c. It's swallowing money and that place will be the same.
I'm on the side of "if it can be saved then do so" though sadly there is a time when enough is enough and g&c is at that stage. Fingers crossed something is moving

Maybe not but it demonstrates that rufc have taken reasonable steps to prevent people getting hurt on their premises.
If people are daft enough to ignore warning signs and scale high fences then that's up to them

If who ever wants it to stay up,let them fence it off & fecking look after it.

Think it's more of an aesthetic appearance and looks far smarter than it did. It also covers H and S issues as previously mentioned.

Don't think there's anything remotely happening or the club would surely announce things as this has dragged on for too long now.

Shame who set the fire didn't get the job done right!
