Mourinho shown the door at Manure

Three years on from the same Tueday in the year that he was given the push at Chelski.

Personally I think he's finished at the top with the big clubs.

Where now for him and how far down the ladder will he be prepared to go?

He wants the toon job.... he keeps talking about us in glowing terms and about the house of sir Bobby (or the home of Mr Robson).

He obviously couldn't work under Ashley and if Ashley goes, Rafa stays. So I think that ship has sailed. (Which I am glad about, because the Jose I liked 13 or 14 yrs ago has long departed and been replaced by a loathsome prick)

After being sacked by Manchester United, Jose Mourinho just wanted to get as far away from the Manchester United training ground as quick as possible. Ironically someone had parked a bus right across the exit.

That's true Mick but he did have the chance to come here and work with/under Sir Bobby with a view of eventually taking over when Sir Bobby retired but he wanted to be the top dog straight away so thankfully it's too late now.

I think he might need to find the perfect club for him. A bit like a footballer who does nothing untill he moves to a certain club and then starts to play well.

Never liked his personal to be honest but I think he's been screwed a bit at Utd. People like Pogba are literally running that team at the same time as putting in horrendous performances. Itll get to a point we're teams won't have a Fu(king manager incase he dare upset one of them. Must be hard to manage people earning double triple what your on. Imagine being paid twice as much as your gaffer lol. I think he needs to step down in level and do something big like when he won the champs league with porto.

I agree...I think he's done at the top clubs.

I think he could do a job by building up a team at a 'lesser' club but i don't think his ego would let him.

I was thinking he should go back to Portugal and take Benfica, Sporting or Porto back to the Champions League like his in young years of management.

I think he's through at the top level, too. There can be many reasons why, but the football he's had them play Man Utd... man, it's been horrible to watch.

I think he's through in top level in premier league.

I think he'll still get a top club abroad though.

Having said all that, i could see him potentially taking time out as an international manager.

I also agree his ego wouldn't let him take a "lesser" club.
