Milner lets it fly from outside the box. Won’t make the highlight reel, but that’s a quality save from Patricio. Hard to catch those shots when it’s wet

Just got to keep it to 1-0 until haltime and the start over. They are out muscling us in midield that's the problem.

Missed penalty decision as Doherty was fouled in the box.

Then Doherty intercepts a loose pass but his shot is easily saved

In the end it was a decent half from us, some decent footbal played. Neves looks off the pace, keeps getting caught with the ball. Still, we made the chances just need the run of ball for once.

Overall, game plan mostly worked. Didn’t want them scoring on the break or getting behind us. They’ve scored off possession. Back 3 have to do better, but Liverpool are top of the table for a reason. Would be nice to put a goal on the scoreboard though
