Bein nae weel ower xmas, ma drinkin wis limited tae say the least ... but there wis twa or three toddies ... and in a small way, the first sustained period o whisky drinkin for a lang time .... and so of course, that old song about King Joey was never far fae ma mind.
Ither than that, Ah collected 19lbs o' brambles and aboot 13lbs o' Elderberries, as well as a hillock o' Rosehips and rose petals ower the weeks of October and November and made a ****LOAD o' different wines .... almost all of them RED .... all now ready, and a lot already scoffed .... Taking into account this activity has contributed to one occasion where I was sick, and another when I had a serious dose of the ****s, and I can place my hand on my heart and testify to the similarity in colour of what came out of either end, I can claim to be 'red -through and through' .....
But noo? Aye it's an afa time tae drinkin .... but Ah've had a hoor o' a mornin, efterneen, night, mornin ... but got a load o' good **** done ... and so ..... a couple o' glesses o rosehip and rosepetal wine is sooooo welcome .... connection wi the Dons? ..... errr ... well, the bottle top is black .... and the wine is ... kinda ... gold?

Hizz tae be said tho ... the finest drink Ah've had in the last 24 hours has been a pleasant surprise ....and nae alcoholic! .... As Ah've mentioned elsewhere, Ah got hit sair wi a flu kinda thing jist afore xmas ... so tae dae the necessary for the sake o' ithers, femly maistly, wis a hoor o' a struggle ....
Got ower it but still feelin run doon as fυck, Ah splashed oot 75p at LidL for some 'fizzy tabs' vitimin thing ...plopped a fizzy tab intae some caul water, and keness? it wis affa fine! ... like creamola foam, but aboot a quarter o' the price .... and nae heartburn .... fkn bonus!

Didn't kick the @rse out of it over festive period so nae bothering with dry January. Usually tennents while cooking then rioja during meal. Nae drinkin during the week tho, a man must have a code.
