    Falkirk game

After the results of the last few weeks we need another run now like when RN took over, starting with today. Hopefully the crowd will be decent and the takeover will engender a feelgood factor. 3 points are critical.

    C'mon United!!!

An early goal would be nice, Falkirk have certainly picked up in recent times under Ray, think they are 5-6 league games unbeaten, mainly draws but a couple wins in there like the one up in Inverness to end It's long unbeaten run, key threat is the forward Zak Rudden who has scored in most of those matches... However in between that wee run they lost in Cup at Stenhousemuir

    Come on Utd

If we have any ambition to win the league this is a game we simply must win. Our recent run has been poor and we need to go again, now.

If we don't win then I'd say its a poor run we are on especially at home

Ayr apart don't think the results were poor though, more disappointing as could have won both and certainly deserved to beat ICT, in the context of our 9 games under Neilson though we are unbeaten on the road

Need to improve this home form, we have very winnable home games coming up starting today

Did it the hard way but the 3 points ensured we have outscored both our closest rivals in this quarter, even if Ayr win their game in hand! Need to push on next month and make that Ayr v ICT game as insignificant as we can and hope ICT do us a favour!

Should have won that by more and still concerns me that Aird cant see out a game! Hope Fyvie is just a knock but was good to see he wasnt afraid of a challenge!

I also cant believe i said i would have Paton back as he just proved he is nothing but a thug. And what did Stanton get a booking for in that incident?

Decent possession. I get that Falkirk sat in (negative play nothing new for RM) bt thought we did to much huffing and puffing with the final ball at times still eluding us.

Fyvie commitment in the challlenge is proving costly. The lad really has to think about some of these challenges. Didn’t think the one today which ended his game was necessary. Otherwise we are jst going to end up with another toshney. Fingers crossed He recovers quickly.

Still 3pts in the bag which keeps us in the mix and closes gap with Ayr. So can’t complain.

Falkirk are stinking on that display. We should have won more comfortably.
3 pts is all that matters though.

That was never a penalty but Franz needs to close players 25 yards out better than that. We were better than them - not by much though!! Nice touch from prince at his subby - paton gets standing ovation on his sending off which was good to see as well

As for Aird mom? Stanton was best player on the park today. Airds delivery is good but he isnt a winger more a right mid - so many times stanton or Murdoch (who impressed with new found aggression again) crying out for a run. His lack of pace doesnt help but he is still important.
