bally is already there ,barney davidson has to be made legend status for queens ,we had jimmy robertson tam bryce ted mcminn ,george cloy ,heatherington greame robertson all in the same squad but to me barney was the man ,the saves he made have always stuck in my mind ,he was a miricle man in goal ,one game springs to mind that most will have seen was hearts at home the 1-1 draw in the cup i think around 84 it was ,queens were holding on to a 1-0 lead and barney pulled of world class save after save ,but the game that sized him up most for me and there was only about 40 or so queens fans that witnessed it ,was up in methol against east fife the saves that man pulled off that day you will never see anywhere again ,for me barney on his day and iv seen loads of top keeping displays but barney for me ranks the best iv ever seen in goal ,worth the money alone watching him .

if i had to pick a best player iv seen playing for queens it would defo be barney davidson ,i just stood staring in disbelief with the saves that man made .
