O/T Yet another thread about Brexit

Is this the year a descision is made on G&C ?
There is a massive opportunity for development now Brexit has been given the green light.Boundless sums of foreign cash will be winging in to this country, now the uncertainty has been removed. This surely now is the time for TS to make his move and take forward his "phase 2" at the NY site. This area can be totally transformed and it is a winner all round.

LOL. We don't have a clue what our future relationship will look like. People who think Brexit is over are going to come down to earth with a bump, this thing is going to drag on for years.

Also, the alternative to Brexit by now was remain. The investors holding back investment will be on the basis they would only have invested if they thought we had a chance of remaining. Nobody was waiting for the upcoming uncertainty before throwing their cash at the UK.

Also, way to spin your own thread off topic in the first post.

The delay and uncertainly created by the Remainer establishment trying to stop Brexit was the biggest problem for investment though.

    That and Corbyn.

Two obstacles to investment now gone.

Anyone who thinks Brexit now will be plain sailing is deluded. There are hurdles galore yet to overcome. We are only in the first stages...even the tories know that and although they have a decent majority there will be a split between the ERG on what should be done and other members of the party...keep enjoying the ride...

Let's hope we can see a bit of positivity once the Brexit deal starts. From reading a few posts above there will always be glass half empty people and thrive on negatively though I guess they justify it by saying "alternative voice".
It's time for us all to start pulling in the same direction, the rest of Europe is against us and want us to fall flat on our face.
