The Mag is reporting that Rafa wants to do a swap for Tom Cairney from Fulham and Shelvey. If true not sure how I feel about that.

Would rather we kept Shelvey and got Cairney but if it was a choice between the two, I'd keep Shelvey.

Although Cairney would probably do better in Championship and would be on lot less wages than Shelvey. . . so can see the wheels in the fat mans head turning.

Yes, I think Shelvey should stay, when he's on form his through balls are sublime, made for Rondon to latch onto.

I don’t know what state Shelvey’s in at the moment. If he’s not going to contribute this season we might as well take Cairney?

Cairney has only just come from injury as well though.
So he could break down just as easily.
Would rather keep Shelvey myself.
