Have to agree Doyle has been a great signing by Naysmith and he gives 100% in every position he is asked to play in due to our very small squad.
This is my player of the season so far. Rarely have I seen such a versatile player and one who is decent all over the park. He maybe gets punished for this adaptability in that he is shifted from position to position without really being allowed to settle in a preferred spot. I'm not saying he is specialist in one position but gives you a solid 7 out of ten anywhere and has been an inspired signing by Naysmith.

Definitely my player of the season as well but he was hung out to dry like a kipper today.
He's a centre half all day long and a good one at that not a midfielder or a winger!
My Man of the Match today for effort alone and a very good signing indeed.
Mikey helped the team today once again out of position but gave his all for the team as always, He seems a right good character as well in the dressing room..
It was the time Fordyce got injured and Doyle switched to cover. It was like, "where the hell have you been hiding".
He was like a different player compared to at right back not to mention his leadership skills.
Imo Doyle and Semple are by far the best centre half pairing. Fordyce is alright but we always seem to conceed when he's playing and playing Mikey with Jacobs is costing us a natural midfielder and making us far too defensive.
Definitely a case for him to cover right back as Mercer is the weak link in defence.
Gives it his best shot wherever he is played but no way a midfielder as seen yesterday - as for Mercer - the lad
looked extremely uncomfortable all afternoon as we were outplayed for long periods of the game by an impressive
Ayr team who thank goodness couldn't find a killer goal or two with some poor finishing and good goalkeeping by
Martin.
