Not a game like the win against Lincoln City but we created enough chances to be 4-1 up at half time. A win is a win and again Paul Green was a big player. Would be nice to see some of our many chances turned into goals . Was it me or was Bowey lacking confidence once he messed up on the 1 on 1 with their keeper. He appeared to fade out of the game and towards the end apeared to have lost interest totally

Really good performance in the first half, not reflected in the score line. They were very poor and couldn’t get near us. They couldn’t play that badly in the second, and they didn’t, although oddly they looked even less like scoring. Green was tireless, until the last 15 when he looked knackered; I’m sure DA would have hoiked him off if we’d had a second.
Two more points, decent ref who got all the big decisions right, and their tit of a manager once again stalked off without shaking hands - he has as much class as Nugent has pace.
