Sorry Bridg4dpie, we know your'e old but even you weren't around when Notts had to apply for re-election i.e. seasons 1888/89 & 1889/90.

We came mighty close in season 1966/67, when we finished 5th bottom above Rochdale, York, Bradford PA and Lincoln City who had to apply for re-election.
