If that bloke likes to quote Churchill, then on the subject of them going into administration and getting relegated this season, Churchill would obviously say "Ohhh yesss!!."

Seriously though its not in the least bit amusing is it, when there seems to be one rule for some, and easier rules for others (allegedly!).

Because he was (and is) under contract to FGR, not Bolton. Bolton were in a contract to pay FGR, not the player.

It's a bloody mess. No one truely knows who is telling the truth butwe can all reach a conclusion.

They were never going to be docked points not because of who they are but it would take so long for the written information to come from each of the parties concerned. The EFL money was always going to go to the clubs this month as it always has so any agreements would be honoured.
For Vince to go on camera and said what he did had an effect because the tone changed arround the whole situation.

I feel for the supporters and the feeling that they have that the club they love is going through a terrible time but as we all know football goes in circles. Good times and bad each team has them.

Would we have been punished for creating a simular situation? I doubt it in the same way that whilst we have TS as the Chairman I doubt if he'd allow this situation to accure in the first place.

The 3 points we were docked we were proven to be wrong and the EFL punished us accordingly.

The other points lost were OTT but they were in the rules Weren't they?

FFP - A great Fourfourtwo piece

Take time to understand this and what it means to a club like ours and then maybe we can stop wondering why and begin to wonder how!

No one knows the truth? The truth is they have broken rules and seem to be getting away with it.

Yes we broke rules and one a mistake but they couldn’t wait to punish us.

How do they get away with playing players but not paying them? That is just wrong whoever they are

Bolton have failed to pay their playing or coaching staff their February wages, reports BBC Radio Manchester.

It is the latest financial problem for the club, who are due in the High Court on 20 March to face a winding-up petition by Revenue and Customs.

Greater Manchester Police have said they are negotiating with Bolton Wanderers over money owed for policing matches.

It is not yet known how much the Championship strugglers owe.

The force say they will continue to support the club with police resources and no games will be cancelled.

That's a cracking read and does indeed put Rothetham's financial stability into context.
