It can be some consolation that I (have to) admit I went into SD to price a pair of trainers. The big Gateshead one, just after New Year.

I felt bad mind, being in there.

But, the roads around there were rammed, IKEA, furniture shops, the Range, A1 gridlocked, All shops busy. God knows what the Metro was like.

Yet in SD, almost empty. No queues at tills, no-one really buying much at all.

I didn't buy anything by the way. Got what I wanted at JD on Wednesday on Northumberland
    Street.

But the bite is on up here and I feel others around the country are starting to get the whiff of the rat he is.

I seem to remember when Man City were bought first by some guy from Thailand on the last day of a transfer window. They bid for loads of players. That is when they signed Robhinho. The Thai fella then sold city to the New owners.

I'm less than convinced, i think the timing it much to convenient but also think it worth putting on as it is another point of view, that has clearly been thought out.

It must have been the same day I was there. The Retail Park area was ridiculous. I was heading to the Range, spat when I passed Sports Neglect.
