    Birmingham City

Latest club accounts show a losss of £37.5 million for the 12 months to 30.6.18, more than double what they lost the year before. Main increase wages up from £22m to £38m, under Zola and Rednapp!

Under Fair play regulations clubs can ‘only’ lose £39m over a 3 year period so not looking very promising! Penalty could be a deduction of up to 15 points when the EFL hear the clubs case next month. Worrying times for them.

Man United had a debt of 487 million for 2018 so why no points deduction.

To be fair Man U have declared profits in excess of £120 million over the last 24 months and also halved their debt. Hardly a club living beyond its means.
