A good interview with Stewart.
It has cost me £55m so far... and we're still losing money! Rotherham owner appreciates £800k windfall from glamour tie with Manchester City
On his own admission, Rotherham United’s chairman Tony Stewart wouldn’t be any good at a football quiz. However he makes up for it with business acumen.

A good interview with Stewart.
Good interview and insight into how the club works.
55 million
how much did the stadium cost?
he owns the stadium not the club so its not like he has given it away.
It says our average wage bill per player is £6k a week.
Surprised at that
I thought it would be 3-4 k
He also says he funded all of the stadium costs but I thought we got some grants
Is no one questioning the £800k windfall from today's game.
£15/ticket, 50k =£750k
Split 3 ways,
Add FACup 3rd round fee
= £800k?
If he’s not counting money made maybe 55 mill
This amount of money he's supposed to have put in really bugs me.
He is a guarantee against the money borrowed by the club hasn't he? Most people say that they own a house but fail to repay your mortgage and see if you have a legal right to stay in that house. You have gaurenteed to pay back a loan taken out on that house and until you pay back every penny owed you actually own nowt.
When the £20m has been paid back by the club for the mortgage on the ground by RU Estates then RU Estates. Apparently the club needs a certain amount of people through the door to pay this money back.

How do you guys see the future of the club if Tony Stewart calls it a day ?
