So apart from the fact we wouldn't pay the transfer fee , and wanted him on loan .. We are now told he wants astronomical wages and we won't pay it .
its the same script as we had with Plea . We are obv angling for a loan deal with someone , or at a push a couple of million quid .
may be a rush deal if we lose the next games before the window closes .. But if we get a point or 2 or 3 v Cardiff I think the the chequebook will be chucked in the drawer.

Cant understand why anyone is expecting us to sign anyone.If Almiron wanted a quid a week the fee would be too high.
We won't be signing anyone unless there is a takeover.Fatty doesn't give a sh1t.Players going out though that is a different story.
Clubs in lower leagues outspend us.Plus the fact that any player with any sort of ambition would stay well away from Ashleys circus surely.

Tbh, I'm with the club on this one. Yeah, I know it might be the going rate to pay someone 400 grand a month but that's not where we're at...ffs, we barely pay £5 million for the whole player let alone for more or less one year of his wages.

I suspect we'll get someone in on loan. I have no faith we'll get the two signings (permanent) that i predicted at start of December.
