    I left Powis School at 15 so no formal qualifications I did go on to do a HNC in Social Care at RGU. I was what they called a mature student the only one not to be eating chip 'n Cheese for my dinner at the RGU café.

    Indeed I went from P1 1963 - 4th year in 1974 .

    2’s. 3’s and 4’s in standard grades, never interested in school, never studied/revised for exams, left at earliest opportunity and have an svq in carpentry & joinery. Kinda wish i went down different path but the joinery is seeing me arite
