    Bryson the next to go?

Strongly linked with Rangers apparently. Andy’s lot...not McClaren’s.
Was great at times, but rarely in what is fast approaching five years. Wish him well but another off the wage bill and surely an indication that some replacements must be coming in.

I thnk we missed his engine last season. He started this season well and I, and many others, we happy to see our Jager lover (ref his chant) the lad back and buzzing. Of late he seems to be slightly off the pace, mistiming tackles etc. Is now the time to say a huge thank you to his years of good performances and 100% commitment to the club? Probably so.

One thing is sure, there is a bond between Brys and the fans/club that will endure IMO.

I'm sorry to see him go but I think the time is right. He's been a fantastic player for us and a move to Rangers IMO would be a good move for him. Easily the best player we've had at this club since his arrival. Good luck to him in all he does.

Funny how emotion clouds memory. That hat trick and a couple of Player of the Year awards guarantee fond memories but honestly...since 22/3/14...he’s not offered us much imo. Good luck to him but no longer hard to replace...Scotland is now about his level and we’ve missed Hendrick and Hughes far more than we’ll miss Bryson.

Agree sell, but given that Gerrard and Lampard supposedly never could play together, something is bound to go wrong in the interplay!

Right, here's the reaction from a few of Mrs F's fellow clansmen on hearing this news

'*Bring it on, the little ****er will fit right in'

'Derby are ****ing mad letting that'un go'

    'Gerrard 1 Lampard 0'

IMO and this is my head speaking not my heart, he still has something to offer, his last half dozen games haven't been his best but his early season form was excellent.

I cant help feeling that he is at least worth a transfer fee - scotch press suggests a free is being sought by gerrard

Can’t help wondering how many of those ‘clansmen’ will have seen him play recently.

Not sure how much of a fee anyone is worth with just another four months on their contract, GP.
