As someone with epilepsy I can say your always worried about being hit in head and get confused at times. I’m genuinely worried for the player and I hope warne can look out for the lad on pitch, even if the ref won’t stop the match because Matt has a seizure I hope someone goes on to protect him.
He maybe taking medication like eplim or tegratol but There will always have risk when he plays

I know I have warnings about a few seconds before I have one but it’s barely enough time to sit down never mind explain things and like you say it’s not a dead certain that you’ll have a fit.

Yes he's not the only Professional footballer that has epilepsy.
As long as the other players are aware of his condition ( which they will be ) he should be ok on the pitch.
Eat healthy and take his medication at the correct time.
