To be fair most of Sheff U team have been together three years Not taking anything away from them it's a case of a manager knowing this division There's no need at all to spend silly money to get out of the division Howe Warnock Dyche Hughton ect What we sadly lack are the right characters to dig it out when the going gets tough We've got no Bambas Morrison's Duffy Dunk the characters who get you results when you don't play well

But here's the thing - you do have the messiah Lamplard. I mean, give him time. ..............

    Pacaman

He's no messiah, far to nice for that, and he's mardy to boot

Youd think a former midfielder that's won countless trophies would know how to set a midfield up?

That show's he had someone at Chelsea showing him what he needed to do, he's a nice bloke but soft as s****

Just look at how Leeds played, they all know their jobs, well coached and well drilled in what they do

Bogle doesn't know if he's a defender or a wing back or a winger even, Mount no longer knows if he's a defensive midfielder (look how deep he was against Leeds ffs) or an Attacking Midfielder

Its a mess, but this division must be absolute carp for us to be sat 6th

The one thing that really does make bang my head against a wall out of sheer frustration though

Its the constant chopping and changing, that just tells me Lampard has no idea what his best 11 is

Bielsa knew his best 11 within 2 months, and if injuries happen he finds someone with at least a smidgen of the skills required to fill in for them

Takes Wisdom off.... and stick an Attacking Midfielder in his place at right back, despite playing Bogle there nearly all season lol

    Ridiculous

And the most concerning thing as well

The bottom lip reaction from Lampard, how would you react to that if playing for him?

He needs to develop a bit of steel, or a sense of humor imo, it would have been hilarious if he was caught putting a glass to the wall in the changing room at half time, something to at least motivate the lads,, get them geed up,, because sticking out the bottom lip will only demotivate them further imo

Instead he cries to the media and plays the victim ffs

Ouch. Just having a little banter. Hull nicked it and Dereby could have too, on another day. Championship full of banana skins. Your comment about the atmosphere - I thought it was fantastic and loved those scarves getting whirled around and around and around.

Banter over and I wish you all well in your race to the promised land. Both clubs should be there and it's been too long for all the fans concerned. All the best and no ill feelings meant - at least from this end

The Championship is harder than ever to predict this year. Reckon the top 14 or 15 teams are in contention for a play off position even now and Hull look like they could be this year’s Fulham. The window is crucial and unfortunately we don’t look like being very busy in terms of incomers. We also, at this moment, look most likely to fall out of the top six but it can all change.

If he wants to carry on with the 433 system we probably need 5 new signings that can play and fit into the system with the players we have

    Otherwise it needs to be
    Carson
    Bogle Tomori Keogh Malone
    Huddleston Evans
    Wilson Mount Waghorn
    Marriott

4231 or 442 is the only way to go, 442 is Huddleston and Evans doesn't work
Hmm marvellous how you always wanted Mount in your starting eleven ffs
