    India

Thought the title would be more sensitive than Venkys.
I'm at Heathrow waiting for my flight as I'm touring Southern India for three weeks
Boredom and curiosity drives me to ask ...... What are your current thoughts on our owners?

    My two penneth.
The demonstrations were an ineffective joke, lacked intelligence and imagination.
    I still dislike them intensely.
However why didn't they cut their losses and just walk away?
Happy for them to stay in the background and continue current finance levels

I am content with them staying out of the way and letting football people run the club.
We owe a lot to tony Mowbray for bringing in people who know how this business works.
As for the why have they stuck about?quite simply Indian people are a very proud bunch and walking away means they have let themselves down.
We are stuck with venkys, not necessarily a bad thing as long as they continue to listen to the correct people.

The problem is not now Venkys, but the number of stay aways, because of said Venkys. Just like back in the sixties post FA Cup.
The un increasing attendances are what is/could be ‘holding us back’.
The frustration of it, is clearly grinding at TM and SW.
Those that have the best interests of the club at heart need to take a long hard look at the bigger picture and put the recent past behind them.
