    Possible turning point...

Hard to overstate how important it was for us to get the 3 points today with Ayr and Ross County losing (badly).

Let’s not pretend we were good - we were not! But 3 points today was massive. If we can bring in a few more players and beat Ayr away we have a chance to look to win this league.

Ayr seem to be on the slide. Ross County will now be getting jittery. We deffo need some quality players to be added quickly to give us a chance of automatic promotion but today was absolutely huge for us.

Any reason gomis was not on bench today? Is anyone else concerned about how poor Fyvie has been in last few games? As captain he is probably not gonna be dropped but he in last 2 games in particular he has been a liability. We also desperately need a good right back. Please can we borrow Ralston till end of season?

The team as it stands will not win this league but hopefully with owner here today he will open the purse strings and allow RN to get the right players in. It’s gonna cost a few Bob to offload some of the dross we have but it needs to be done.

As a btw did anyone else think Nesbit was worse this week than last?

Glad to see Clark back and scoring - like a new signing and I think him and Safranko could score a few goals!

Gomis’s paperwork hasn’t come through yet.

Clark is a quality player, I expected him to have scored more for Utd. Good results today for you lot, you keep bouncing back after setbacks. Maybe this is the turning point- Dundee Utd should be running away with this league title!

Massive win but best to temper expectations. We've shown how good we are at losing good form and buckling under the mental pressure.

We know exactly how good Ayr can be and in two weeks we visit them in what will be the biggest game of the season so far.

Its gonna be a cracker. I think it's on a Friday night for the TV. Which brings back horrible recent memories.

I wish it had been on a Sat afternoon and we could have organised an old-style 'Arab Away-Day' - like we used to in the Scottish Cup 3rd round during the 1970s.

That however wasnt good form Frank - it was brutal. So expectations tempered but just hope new signings and Clark can provide a miracle. The point is this league is ****e.

This could be a turning point for us. Other teams perhaps slipping up now and hopefully stalling a bit.

We still have to improve massively though. Need some height in the attacking positions, midfield and up front are all wee lads, apart fae Safranko. Tall centre forward in the Big Jon Daly mould please.

Passing and movement also needs worked on. Not good enough in that regard today.
