Get Hewitt in the middle with O'Brien, play Duffy right back till Toots is fit.
Duffy I'm afraid lacks the pace to play full back imo. A speedy winger would leave him floundering.

What was evident today was that O'Brien, a player Bradford felt worthy of only a 6 month contract was head and shoulders above any other Notts player. He played two balls one to Evina and one out to the right hand side ( can't recall who to), both were perfectly weighted into space in anticipation of the receiving player moving on to the ball and attacking the Cambridge defence. In both cases they went out for throw ins as the receivers stood still. Both perfect examples of why Notts are a limited threat to any team, we don't attack with pace or width and don't make threats in any area to create space in others. The only option then is a long ball which Stead despite his best efforts is not able to hold up or if the ball is away from him, able to chase down quickly enough.
I do believe that Ardley has a better grasp on what is required than the previous incumbents, O'Brien is evidence of that.
There is still time to stay in this division but you have to believe what your eyes tell you and the truth is the standard of football being played by the majority of the squad is not good enough for League football.
