As far as I am aware the the Dundee supporters raised the money which was handed over to DFCSS unless you know differently.

I would be happy if you could clarify.
Did DFCSS have the money in their bank account to hand over to Bryan Jackson when requested to pay the creditors.

Answer - I’m not 100% certain, certainly one week prior they did not. I would need to check this one bit from memory they needed 30k on the last day which they got from an individual

Did DFCSS have the money to make their final agreed payment at the end of the 2010-11 season.

Answer - I don’t even recall this payment?

From memory I seem to remember the board of DFCSS committing to raising £250k for that season including the £150k payment to the administrator.

Answer - They were short of that but again that’ll be in their minutes?

Perhaps the Chief Executive was being paid too high a salary during Admin 2 and he should have taken a pay cut.

Answer - I think his salary was on public record but he took a pay cut from his job to become Business Development Manager, no salary increase to become Commercial Director and no salary increase to become CEO. Contrary to the lie in the statutory accounts he also never received any kind of bonus.
I seem to remember that the person who became Chief Executive at that time received a refund of the money he had paid for course fees at the University of Abertay. He had been studying there and he had to give up his studies when he was appointed Chief Executive at Dundee Football Club.

Thanks for clarifying DFCSS didn't raise the money themselves. Looks like this deal is dead, back to football.

Hi Islay. Are you saying that DFCSS asked the fans to raise money and subsequently co-ordinated the collection and application of the cash collected. For example the bucket collections, were these organised, counted and banked by DFCSS?

That’s much closer to the truth! But it wasn’t upon appointment, it was while CEO he was doing an MBA and because of the events of November 2011 and the Chairman of DFCSS he gave up the studies.

From memory I think that you were the Chief Executive of Dundee Football Club during the Admin 2 season.
When did you start your course for an MBA at the University of Abertay.

So it's fair to say that DFCSS raised money through donations by fans, organizations and other individuals then. However to say the fans raised the money would be wrong because there were other sources from which donations were received.

Once again the DFCSS hater is wrong.

what a belter do you not think a corrupt, self-serving organisation like dfcss should be 'hated'? 99% of the fanbase think so in case that escaped you. And again, thanks for clarifying they didn't save the club all by themselves.
