I am happy he and the people in the second car are OK. But looking at the video it looks like 5 police cars and an ambulance were in attendance. Is that normal? I guess it may be indicative of the police presence around Sandringham when She is resident. But what happened to police shortages. From what I understand rural Norfolk is severely undermanned by the boys in blue.
