It's also because we're nowhere near worth the £300 mil he's asking. He wants his £144 million back and whilst I know businesses can be sold with debt, with what the squad and the training ground need in terms of investment, anyone buying us will be the best part of £300/£400 million in the hole before they even start making a profit.

He must have had every penny of the so called debt considering all of the money he's filched from the club.

If you owned a house and didn’t spend a penny to keep it up to standard and it needed lots of money spent to bring it up to the standards of the rest of the street
There’s no way you would sell it unless the price was right .

    That is the problem
The fat fu cker doesn’t want to sell bad enough if he did he would drop the asking price.
£200M he would sell no problem
Lack of investment has caused 2 relegations his fault.
To put this dept on the worth of the club is what is stopping it being sold!
The man is a total wan ker.

If you buy a house for £156000 and spend £144000 on it , it doesn't make it worth £300000.
There's a ceiling value on everything and nufc are not worth £300m , but since it's not costing him anything .. Or even making him money , he is in no rush to sell .
The stories of potential talks are bollox .. He will sell for £300m but is unlikely to get it .
Stop giving him your millions in season ticket revenue .
