I go for enjoyment Jonny, there’s two of us, we live in the same house..... Wembley is nice, and a good day out, but 17 weekends coming away miserable is something I haven’t missed. Tends to spoil the household ambience when both of us are fecked off, as it wa s last season.
I’m not saying that we should AIM to not go up..... just that it’s preferable to be “ in the mix” at the top of League one, season in amd out, than one day out a Wembley, and 9 miserable months after that.
If I were confident that the Powers that be would invest and give us a sporting chance, as their wealth should, then I’d be looking forward.
It won’t happen, we all know it.

Not only that but when we can actually compete as per 2016 in the championship we then lose our best players because we can compete effectively in the championship .

How fecked up is that ?

I'm confident that in League you can get away with losing your better players. We have sold Moncur, Potts and Bradshaw. I'm more inclined to think that we have replaced them with better players in Bahre, Dougall and Woodrow.

However, you can't keep wheeler deelin' and unearthing gems. I agree with Stendel you need to keep the spine together. That#s why I won't make nay bold predictions until the january window has ended,

To lose Thiam or Moore. Or both would be a catastrophe. I could stomach losing Lindsay as we have Jackson chomping at the bit. However, we need to keep the spine together.
