Good to see a balanced approach

words from Darren Moore regarding the young lads being used now.....

    Two youngsters in midfield:

"Credit to both of them. They are products of the hard work put into the academy.

They have been in and around the first team for the last couple of seasons, but this year we’ve kept them in the building and training with us from day one.

They’ve never gone back to any youth team football. What they’ve been doing behind the scenes is learning and developing with the seniors day in and day out.

When you see them step in and give a performance like that, it’s not off the cuff it’s teachings behind the scenes.

To give a level of maturity like that is testament to both players".

......So slowly but surely the academy is being used but only the players who "cut it" and when the time is right for the club and for them. Will they blow it or embrace it? we wait and see, hopefully the latter. (my words)

Soon as Livermore's ban is over Harper will be benched

Its up to Livermore to keep his place then. Livermore has the most experience but Harper hasnt hurt his chances. As my dad said, It always comes to him that waits. It takes time.
