Striker coach? Didn't he play as a defender?

It’s a very American way of working.

If you look at the NFL they have specialist coaches for each of the disciplines....

    Head coach
    Offensive coordinator
    Defensive coordinator
    Kicking coach
    QB coach
    Linebacker coach
    Offensive line coach
    Defensive line coach
    Etc etc

Having American influence it seems United might be trying to mirror this by improving the unique disciplines through specialist coaches.

Whether that will work I’m not sure.

Easy job we have one fit striker and another coming back. So two on one coaching 😀

Ultimately, no one will care if we get promoted though.
We must be spending more on our coaching staff than Ayr United pay for their full squad of players and management,i still find it hard to believe the new owner believe's there is a profit on the horizon.
