    Shrewsbury game

Just saw the highlights here (Monday, Johannesburg). While giving Shrewsbury lots of credit for their game (well done you guys), surely if someone in the Wolves team had their shooting boots on, it would have been done and dusted in the first half. I realise it was just a 10 minute clip which may not have given the full story but I think I might have been able to put a couple in (not really). I saw a comment about a bumpy pitch but I saw better shooting in parks footbaal before I left for sunny shores . If I'm wrong, I don't mind being corrected (shooting practice needed?)

I think we have all been frustrated by missed chances this season. The pairing of Jota and Jimenez seems to be our most potent, but we did not see that against Shrewsbury. We have a very good opportunity to make serious progress in the FA Cup this year and I hope the replay is approached with our strongest possible team in place. Lower Division teams are not the 'walk-over' some might think and the Cup gives them a chance for glory when they have nothing to lose.

I often see highlights as not giving the bigger picture of how a game has happened. The Traore one in the first half either goes in or flies over. The penalty appeal was a decent shout for wolves and Costa. As for the pitch, it's the same for both sides and is being used as an excuse. Cup games don't always go with the sides in a higher league as we have seen again in this round of the cup.
