Well this is some good news if it actually comes off.

Glad to say I was wrong about this.

Let’s remember the money being spent on Almiron (if it happens of course) is the £20m profit from the summer transfer window. So as the books will show its 0 outlay.

Spot on,but it seems Ashley has trousered that as the club has borrowed money from Barclays for player investment of set against future TV money.
That lying Ashley puppet Penfold said at a past fans forum money was available for the right player.

Apparently personal terms have yet to be agreed! And that is the way out of this for the FCB

My only problem is not with his skills but coming from the MLS will he be robust enough for the Prem.

I don't want to sound like Jiminez who having been a steward at Stamford Bridge told the experienced Kevin Keegan that he couldn't have Luca Modric for £6 million as he was too lightweight for the Prem. With his mate Wise sitting agreeing with him against Keegans wishes.

Tell you something. I thought he was just a little lad. But it appears not

I know the bald bloke who greeted him off the helicopter today, who is the player liason officer (Craghead Lad) He is about 6 foot and Almiron wasnt far off his height.
