    Premier League / SPL scalps

Now it doesn't happen too often but we added another tonight . Question is how many top league clubs have we defeated in Cup competitions since the start of the Premier League in 75-6 ?

That first Premier League season was the time of the famous 5 - 4 Cup game v Ayr United and I think we also
beat St. Johnstone in the previous round who were also in the top league.

We beat Motherwell in 79-80 SC but they were a First Division team at the time so doesn't count . Hibs 77-8 LC 2-1 at Easter Road and Falkirk 87-8 LC 2-1 at Palmerston. Thats 4 now but there is more ?
